As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I spent my days creating posts for different clients on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google. I helped clients plan their strategies and I generated content to help them reach their full potential. Additionally, I worked in our Reviews department to help promote campaigns and respond to reviews to increase brand reputation.

As a Social Media Intern, I worked to showcase the food and beverages that were served at Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Guardians. My role involved capturing photos for content, writing engaging social copy, and highlighting team members to tell authentic stories. I developed and implemented a growth strategy that increased engagement across all social media platforms, while ensuring a consistent brand voice. Additionally, I handled community management by responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing timely updates and insights to fans and followers.

 Social Media Campaign

Big Walnut Golf Course Social Media Campaign​ and Plan

For my final project in my strategic social media class, we worked hands-on with a real company, Big Walnut Golf Course, and completely revamped their entire social media plan. The campaign consisted of meeting with the clients to discuss their former strategies to find out what has worked and what has not. We sent out multiple surveys to find what social media and golfing trends our target audiences (senior citizens and young families) follow. We created a budget for the managers to follow to promote the golf course. We found what our competitors had that Big Walnut was lacking in.  We set a voice and policy for the company to follow. We also found what keywords had competition and which would be the best choice for SEO. Finally, we made a content calendar which outlined completely what they should post for an entire month.
